If the product is in stock then we dispatch the next working day, if we require further stock from our supplier then this would normally take 2-5 working days up to a maximum of 7 days.
All larger items are dispatched by courier.
For smaller orders we use Royal Mail's first class service with delivery 1-2 days or Standard Parcel post with delivery 3-4 days (delivery times as advised by Royal Mail and as such we will not be responsible for any delays). For items reported as not received and which were dispatched by Royal Mail we regret that we will not refund the postage paid
If part of your order is out of stock we will send the items that are available with the remaining items held on back order for a maximum of 14 days. Any items not delivered within this timescale will be refunded.
Unfortunately no, we are an internet shop only. This keeps our overheads down and allows you to shop on-line 24 hours a day.
How do I contact you?Please use the 'Contact Us' page on the website and we will reply to your questions promptly. As we are an internet based shop we are not able to offer dedicated telephone support, but are more than happy to telephone you if there are any issues you wish to discuss.
Is it safe to use my credit card?We currently use PayPal as our authorised payment provider and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card. We do not have access to any credit card details whatsoever, we receive notification of payment confirming name, address and the amount of the order only.
How do I return goods if there is a problem?Should the goods be faulty or damaged, please email us immediately. We will replace the items or refund the full amount, including return postage costs, as required.
Should the goods not be suitable, please contact us immediately. A full refund will be given within 7 days of purchase providing the goods have not been used, remain unopened and are in the original product packaging, with return postage costs being paid by you. Any items received in a non resaleable condition will be subject to a reduced refund amount. ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION OR AGREEMENT MAY RESULT IN A DELAYED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
What is the cost of delivery?The charge for delivery is shown at the foot of the shopping trolley and includes any VAT at the current rate, if applicable.
